Links in posts

A link a member taps inside content opens the matching screen in your app when you have placed one. Otherwise it opens in the app’s own browser. Either way the member stays in your app and gets back with one tap.

This applies wherever the app shows what members and authors wrote:

A BuddyBoss group discussion, the one under a group’s Forum tab, opens as the bbPress topic it is.

A page opened this way has a bar at the top with three buttons:

  • Back to app returns to the screen the member tapped from. The phone’s own back gesture does the same.
  • Reload loads the page again.
  • Open in browser hands the page to the phone’s browser.

A page on your own site opens signed in as the member, so they do not meet your login form.
