My Points
My Points is an account tab inside Settings, shown when Ultimate Member - myCred is active.
What a member sees
Section titled “What a member sees”- Balances for each point type your site defines.
- Transfers, where your myCred configuration allows members to send points to each other.
- Referrals, where referral tracking is enabled.
The point types, their names and the rules for earning them all come from your myCred configuration. The app displays them; it does not define them.
Badges are a separate screen
Section titled “Badges are a separate screen”Points live in the account area. Badges is a placeable feature and a profile tab of its own — see Badges.
Both come from myCred, and they need different things:

When it does not work
Section titled “When it does not work”| Symptom | Cause | Fix |

| The tab is missing | Ultimate Member - myCred is not active | Activate it |
| Balances show zero | The member has earned nothing, or the point type is not exposed | Check the member’s balance in myCred |
| No transfer option | Transfers are not enabled in myCred | Enable them there |
| No referrals section | Referral tracking is off | Enable it in myCred |
| Points differ from the website | Cached balances on the site | Compare against the member’s myCred log |
