Supported plugins
Memberside builds screens from these plugins. The list is what is actually integrated — nothing aspirational is on it.
Names are written as they appear in a WordPress plugin list.
Community
Section titled “Community”Ultimate Member — Member directories, profiles, profile forms, registration and login, rendered as native screens.
BuddyPress — Groups and the activity stream as native screens. Browse groups or your own, create them, join public ones and request membership of private ones, then manage members, requests and invites from inside the app. Activity posts take favourites and replies that nest up to five deep.
BuddyBoss Platform — the same eleven screens as BuddyPress, because it is BuddyPress and bbPress forked and merged into one plugin. Nothing extra to set up: if your site runs BuddyBoss, the BuddyPress feature cards are the ones you place, and they read your site’s components under BuddyBoss’s own names.
It replaces BuddyPress and bbPress rather than running beside them — it refuses to start if either is active — so a site has one or the other, never both.
BuddyBoss ships more components than BuddyPress does, and the app covers the ones the two share. What that means, component by component:

Its Discussion Forums are served by the bbPress screens. BuddyBoss’s forums are a fork of bbPress, and Memberside answers the bbPress routes on either one. Place the bbPress forum cards; they grey out with Requires the Forums component until that component is switched on under Settings → BuddyBoss → Components.
If your community depends on one of the components marked Not yet, say so before you build — the order they arrive in is not fixed, and knowing who is waiting for what is how it gets decided.
Reviews
Section titled “Reviews”Site Reviews — Your site’s reviews as native screens: the review stream with its rating breakdown and filters, the review categories, a member’s own reviews (including the ones still waiting to be approved, which the plugin’s own pages never show them), and writing, editing or deleting a review. The form reads your site’s own settings, so it asks for exactly what your site will accept. With the plugin’s Ultimate Member integration switched on, reviews about a member also appear on their profile.
Store and payments
Section titled “Store and payments”WooCommerce — Products, variations, reviews, cart and checkout, with saved payment methods in the account tab.
Paid Memberships Pro — Your membership levels as a native pricing screen, the member’s own membership with cancel and billing, and their order history with each invoice. Joining opens your own checkout, signed in. Levels can also restrict any screen in the app, and a member’s level can show under their name.
LearnDash LMS — Your course catalogue, each course’s lessons and progress, and quizzes members take in the app with every question type, graded by LearnDash itself. Free courses enroll in the app; paid ones open your own course page, signed in. Member profiles gain a Courses tab whose visibility you set like any other profile tab.
Ultimate Member - Stripe — Memberships bought on your website through the gateway you already use, recognised in the app on sign-in.
Better Messages — Private conversations with unread badges and push-ready threading.
Ultimate Member - Private Messages — One-to-one conversations as a native inbox, with unread badges and a threaded conversation screen.
Gamification
Section titled “Gamification”myCred — Points, ranks and badges, shown on member profiles and in their own tab.

Reviews
Section titled “Reviews”Site Reviews — The reviews a member has received, as a Reviews tab on their profile with the rating breakdown above them, and members can write one from the app. Needs its Ultimate Member integration switched on in Site Reviews’ settings; the tab follows the Visibility setting there.
Plugins that add account tabs
Section titled “Plugins that add account tabs”Some plugins contribute a tab to the Settings screen rather than a navigable feature:
- Ultimate Member - Terms & Conditions — the terms, with an agree action. A registration form you switch the extension on for also shows its agreement on the app’s Register screen, while the Memberside Terms & Conditions service is off.
- Ultimate Member - Mailchimp — newsletter subscriptions, interest groups and tags.
- Ultimate Member - Social Login — connected providers, connect and disconnect.
Anything else that contributes a tab with a URL opens as a webview card, so a plugin outside this list can still appear in the account area without a native screen.
What to do about a plugin that is not listed
Section titled “What to do about a plugin that is not listed”Its data will not appear as a native screen. Two options:
- Reach it through a Custom Link or Home feature, which opens a URL.
- Ask. The list grows, and knowing what people actually run is how the order is decided.
