Managed services

If you’d rather not do store submission, keys and setup yourself, the Memberside team can do it for you. Open Store submission for your app and choose Publish it for me, or go straight to the app’s Managed services page.

Managed services are available on the Pro and Unlimited plans.

The three services

App Setup & Features	$299 setup, then $149 a month	Connecting your site and the Memberside plugin, configuring the plugins your app uses, the initial layout and branding, then up to 3 hours a month of adding and updating features.

Choose any combination. Everything is paid through one checkout: the setup fees and one-time prices are charged with the first month.

How it works

1. Apply. Choose services and tell us who the agreement is with and what state your Apple and Google developer accounts are in. Nothing is charged.

2. We review your app. We check your app and site and reply by email, usually within one business day. If anything needs doing first — a demo account for reviewers, a privacy policy — we tell you here.

3. Sign the agreement. Once approved, the Managed Services Agreement is ready on the same page. Read it, then sign by drawing or typing your signature. A signed PDF is emailed to you and can be downloaded at any time.

4. Pay. Pay with PayPal. We start as soon as the payment clears and email you the access invitations we need within one business day.

Your accounts stay yours

We never publish from our own account

App Store Review guideline 4.2.6 requires your app to come from your own developer account. Everything we do happens inside your accounts, as a team member you invite — App Store Connect, the Google Play Console and Firebase. We never ask for your passwords, and you can remove our access at any time.

You still need your own Apple Developer Program membership and Google Play developer account, and enrolment and identity checks (including a D-U-N-S number for organisations) can only be done by you.

Approval

Apple and Google make the final decision, so approval can’t be guaranteed. If a store rejects the app because of something we prepared, we fix it and resubmit at no extra cost. If it can’t be approved within 60 days of our first submission for reasons within our control, the App Store Submission setup fee is refunded.

Cancelling

Monthly services can be cancelled from the Managed services page at any time and run to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Setup and one-time fees aren’t refunded once work has started.
