Categories are Site Reviews’ own site-review-category taxonomy. If you have never filed a review under one, this screen has nothing to show — place Site Reviews instead.

Drag Review Categories onto a navigation bar or into the side drawer. Like the review stream, it needs no account.

Every category, its review count and its average rating. Tapping one opens the reviews inside it, with the same rating breakdown the main screen shows — for that category rather than the whole site.

A category’s count comes from Site Reviews’ own rating tables rather than WordPress’s term count. The two differ: the WordPress count includes reviews still waiting for approval, so a category holding three unapproved reviews would advertise three and then open empty.

An empty category says “No reviews yet” rather than being hidden, so you can see that the category exists and is waiting for content.
