Plans and limits
Three tiers. The important thing to understand first is what is not sold.
Three things are sold: the upper navigation bar, iOS builds, and removal of the “Made with Memberside” splash. Everything else is capacity.
The tiers
Section titled “The tiers”| Free | Pro | Unlimited | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $49/month | $129/month |
| Apps | 1 | 1 | 3 |
| Builds per month | 3 | 15 | 100 |
| Bottom nav tabs | 8 | 8 | 8 |
| Top and side nav | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Upper nav tabs | 0 | 3 | 3 |
| Template screens | 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Site Health history | 1 day | 30 days | 90 days |
| Site Health breakdown and alerts | — | Yes | Yes |
| Launcher duration control | — | Yes | Yes |
| Remove branding splash | — | Yes | Yes |
| iOS builds | — | Included | Included |
iOS builds are not available on any plan yet. Pro and Unlimited carry the entitlement for when the pipeline is live. See iOS builds.
Unlimited’s hundred builds a month is a fair-use ceiling rather than a plan limit.
Where limits actually bite
Section titled “Where limits actually bite”Some limits are enforced by the API and some are held in the builder. Worth knowing, because they fail differently.
Enforced server-side, refused with a clear message:
- Builds per month, on every build attempt.
- Number of apps, when creating one.
- Template screens, when creating or growing one.
- iOS builds.
- Branding removal, decided at build time from the account’s plan.
Held in the builder — the interface will not let you exceed them:
- Navigation capacity, including the upper nav bar.
The trial
Section titled “The trial”A new account gets 14 days on Unlimited, with no card. When it ends the account moves to Free rather than being locked, so nothing you built becomes unreachable.
Plan resolution runs in this order: an administrator-assigned tier, then an active paid subscription, then an active trial, then Free.
Buying a plan
Section titled “Buying a plan”Paid plans are not open for self-service purchase during the beta. If you reach a limit, get in touch rather than looking for an upgrade button.
When they open, two gateways are supported — PayPal and Xendit — and only the ones configured for your account appear at checkout.
Add-on services
Section titled “Add-on services”Media CDN and Realtime are priced separately from the builder tiers, each with its own Starter, Growth and Scale levels. See Add-on services.
When it does not work
Section titled “When it does not work”| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Build limit reached | The month’s allowance is spent | Build allowance |
| Cannot create a second app | Free and Pro allow one | Unlimited allows three |
| Upper Nav accepts nothing | Free has no upper nav slots | Pro and Unlimited have three |
| A sixth template screen is refused | Free allows five across all projects | Delete one, or upgrade |
| The branding splash is still there after upgrading | It is decided at build time | Build again |
