Builder tour
The builder has three parts: a sidebar of features, a canvas where you place them, and a preview. This page names everything, so the rest of the documentation can point at it.
The header
Section titled “The header”Across the top:
- Your site URL, with a link that opens it. A quick check that the app is pointed where you think.
- Settings, which opens Global App Settings — everything that applies to the whole app rather than one screen.
- Last build, with a download link for the most recent successful one.
- Builds left this month, counting down across every app in the account.
- Build, which starts a compile.
The feature sidebar
Section titled “The feature sidebar”Available Features, on the left. Each card names a screen and the WordPress plugin it is built from. Search filters the list.
A greyed-out card means its plugin is not active on the connected site. Placed templates appear here too, under Your Templates.
Drag a card onto the canvas to place it.
The canvas
Section titled “The canvas”Tabs across the top, one per navigation zone plus three others:

The preview
Section titled “The preview”A phone frame rendering your app against your real site. It can sit as a canvas tab or be docked to a rail on the right, where it stays visible while you edit. Docked, the Preview canvas tab disappears rather than showing the same thing twice.

Where settings live
Section titled “Where settings live”Two places, and knowing which is which saves most of the hunting.
Global App Settings — the Settings button in the header. Anything that applies to the whole app: colours, typography, background style, app icons, the WordPress connection, and API keys. Two tabs, Appearance and Connection.
Tab settings — select a placed feature. Anything that applies to that one screen. Three tabs, Appearance, Features and Restrictions.
If you are looking for a colour, it is global. If you are looking for which form a screen uses, it is on the tab.
Saving
Section titled “Saving”Changes save as you make them. There is no save button, and the preview updates immediately.
The built app does not. Anything you change here reaches a phone only after the next build.
